OUR FOOD
Head Chef Shane Sauvage brings over 13 years of experience to our kitchen, having honed his craft in some of the finest kitchens across the South of England. Passionate about bold, balanced flavour profiles, Shane takes pride in creating dishes that offer a fresh twist to the classics.
Our menu offers a versatile range of dishes — from grazing platters perfectly paired with our finest local ales or a glass of English sparkling wine to be shared over an afternoon catch-up with friends, to heartier plates like our Roasted Chicken Supreme served with pickled blackberries and confit carrot.
Shane’s menus are shaped by the seasons and the weather, drawing on the best of local and British produce. Whether it’s the first asparagus of spring or day-boat fish landed just down the coast, his approach is all about showcasing quality ingredients with creativity and care.

PRIVATE HIRE & EVENT SPACES
